The site lists our income-based and senior apartment communities in Michigan and lets you contact the property offices. It is not a lease, an application or a promise that a unit is available.
We try to keep rents, floor plans, photos and availability current, but they can change without notice. Income limits and eligibility rules apply at many of our properties. The property office will confirm details before you apply or sign anything.
We follow federal fair housing law and Michigan civil rights law. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, familial status, disability or any other protected class. If you need a reasonable accommodation to use this site or apply, contact the property office.
The text, photos and design on this site belong to Michigan Affordable Housing or are used with permission. Please do not copy them for commercial use without asking.
